free standard shipping on canadian orders over $99. orders under that, and all international orders, are charged live carrier rates, calculated at checkout based on your address.

orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
delivery estimates are shown for each shipping option at checkout.
you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

returns & exchanges

not in love with your order? you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

items must be in original condition.
sale and final-sale items may not be eligible.
return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

damaged or wrong item

if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. reach us on the contact page.
